The 786 hectare game farm is approximately 55 km from Bela Bela   (Warmbaths) on the Thabazimbi Road. The farm is neatly fenced  with an   electrified game fence  and  ample   roads. The farm has a large variety of indigenous trees and more than 100 bird species have been identified on the farm.   There are currently 5 electrified breeding camps that make up about 12% of the farm area.

Additional facilities
In the southwest corner of the farm, an area of approximately one hectare was fenced off that had been used for a school.  The infrastructure consists of one building with three large rooms that served as classrooms.  One of the classrooms has since been set up as a kitchen and there are also bathroom facilities. There are also three single apartments. Eskom power has been installed but currently switched off.  These facilities can be used for a variety of purposes, for example additional accommodation facilities, training purposes,etc.
