Two equipped boreholes supply the houses and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. During summer the night temperatures drop down to below 20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a need of air-conditioning.

Typographic: This Farm consists mainly of sloping flats, rolling topography and river habitats overlooking the sloping hills of the Waterberg escarpment. This mixture of typography creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm which makes it a haven to a large variety of game species. Elevations vary from 1153 1200 meter above sea level.

Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional easy accessible game and cattle trails to explore the farm by foot.

Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with a 2.4 m fence well according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation.
