TERMS AND CONDITIONS – INFOSA.CO.ZA
Hereinafter InfoSA.co.za shall be referred to as the “SERVICE”. Users of this “SERVICE” shall be referred to as the “USER”. These terms and conditions shall be referred to as the “AGREEMENT”.

PAID FOR BUSINESS DIRECTORY LISTING
InfoSA.co.za is a paid for business directory listing service. Listings may have up to 12 images featuring products and services plus a logo and up to 1,000 words as a business description. Other benefits may be made available to the SERVICE from time to time and these benefits shall be posted here.

COMMUNICATING ELECTRONICALLY
The USER of this SERVICE consents to receive communications electronically and agrees that all AGREEMENTS, notices, disclosures and other communications sent by the SERVICE satisfies all legal requirements, including but not limited to, the requirement that communications be in writing.

DOMICILIUM
The SERVICE email and postal address for all correspondence is info@InfoSA.co.za and postal address P.O. Box 15591, Lambton, Germiston, 1414, Gauteng.

GUARANTEE OF “SERVICE”
InfoSA.co.za may from time to time use marketing companies or independent contractors to promote the SERVICE and InfoSA.co.za therefore takes no responsibility for any person or company implying a guarantee of the SERVICE whether written or otherwise.

HYPERLINKS
Any person, business or the SERVICE may link to any page on this SERVICE without the prior written permission of InfoSA.co.za. Hyperlinks provided on this SERVICE are provided “as is” and InfoSA.co.za does not necessarily agree with, edit or sponsor the content on such web pages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All the content on this SERVICE, including but not limited to, graphics, software, databases, icons and, AGREEMENTS are the property of or licensed to InfoSA.co.za and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

LEGAL
The USER agrees, that there exists at the commencement of this AGREEMENT, and for all periods thereafter, no legal reason that InfoSA.co.za should refuse the SERVICE to the USER and the USER further agrees that the USER’S use of the SERVICE is not for any illegal, immoral or injurious purposes. InfoSA.co.za reserves the right to remove any illegal, immoral or offensive material from its SERVICE at any time. This AGREEMENT shall be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Should any term and/or condition within this AGREEMENT be declared illegal or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be removed from this AGREEMENT without affecting the legality or enforceability of the remaining portions. The USER agrees to these terms and conditions herein and to all other terms, conditions and restrictions that InfoSA.co.za may publish from time to time in respect of the SERVICE. InfoSA.co.za reserves the right to make changes in the materials contained in or described on this SERVICE at any time without notice & may also make changes in this AGREEMENT without notice. The USER is responsible for regularly reviewing this AGREEMENT. Continued use by the USER of the SERVICE after any such changes shall constitute consent to such changes.

LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION
The USER indemnifies and holds InfoSA.co.za, its officers & employees, harmless from and against any loss, claims, demands, expenses (including attorney’s fees), or liability of whatever nature or kind including without limitation, negligence of the USER or of third parties arising out of the use of the SERVICE provided under this AGREEMENT. In no event shall InfoSA.co.za be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for any use of this SERVICE, or on any other hyper-linked web SERVICE, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption even if InfoSA.co.za is advised of the possibility of such damages. All information on InfoSA.co.za has been compiled to ensure accuracy, however InfoSA.co.za cannot accept any responsibility for errors and omissions, which may occur. The USER indemnifies InfoSA.co.za against any claim by any third party arising out of the design, form, content or other attributes of any advertisements. For example, if the advertisement infringes the intellectual property rights of any person, this indemnity shall apply to protect InfoSA.co.za against any claim in respect of that infringement.

PRIVACY OF THE “USER”
It is InfoSA.co.za ‘s policy to respect the privacy of its USERS and advertisers. InfoSA.co.za shall not monitor or disclose the personal information of a USER or the USER’S use of this SERVICE, including its contents to any party or parties without the USER’S prior permission, unless InfoSA.co.za has reason that such action is necessary to comply with legal proceedings of any nature or to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or government request.

SPECIAL OFFERS OR DISCOUNTS
InfoSA.co.za reserves the right to amend or change any special offer or discount at its own discretion and such changes shall be effective immediately.

TERMS AND TERMINATION
InfoSA.co.za may terminate access to all or parts of the SERVICE and/or any related service at any time, with or without notice, with or without cause, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever. This AGREEMENT shall commence when the USER registers on the InfoSA.co.za SERVICE and shall continue indefinitely until terminated by InfoSA.co.za or by the USER.

“USER” CONDUCT & USE OF THIS “SERVICE”
Opinions, ideas and information provided on the SERVICE should not be regarded as professional advice or the official opinion of InfoSA.co.za and USERS are encouraged to consult professional advice before taking any course of action related to opinions, ideas or information provided on the SERVICE. The SERVICE has not been compiled or supplied to meet USERS’ individual requirements and is therefore supplied on an “as is” basis. InfoSA.co.za is not involved in the sale or purchase of goods or services on the SERVICE. InfoSA.co.za provides advertising for USERS on the SERVICE. Any dispute arising from the use of the advertising service on the SERVICE should be addressed directly between the USER and the relevant business or advertiser. InfoSA.co.za are not agents for any service or product listed on the SERVICE. InfoSA.co.za does not guarantee, nor does InfoSA.co.za represent or claim that any description of a product or service on the SERVICE is accurate at any time. InfoSA.co.za, unequivocally states that neither it nor the SERVICE has any control at all over whether, nor do we represent or claim, any product or service offered by advertisers or USERS on the SERVICE is legal or that they do exist. The USER’S use of the SERVICE constitutes the USER’S acceptance of these terms and conditions.
